1. USER INFORMATION
Who is the data controller for processing of your personal data?
LEISTUNG SLU, hereinafter the MANAGER, is responsible for processing the client’s personal data and hereby informs the User that the data will be processed in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data, and for what purpose?
Depending on the form we used to obtain your personal data, we will process your data in a confidential manner for the following purposes:
In the User registration form
- Manage the user's account to provide personalised access to the website and the interactive services it offers (by consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
In the E-commerce form
- To manage your online purchase or order, process the payment and proceed with the shipment of the order, on the basis of the general terms and conditions (for the execution of a contract or pre-contract, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- To manage, maintain, improve or develop the services provided (for the performance of a contract or pre-contract, 6.1.a GDPR).

How long do we store your personal data?
They will be stored only for the time necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing, or for longer if there are legal limitation periods that make it advisable. Once they are no longer needed for that purpose, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures, to ensure anonymization or complete destruction of the data.
Who do we disclose your personal data to?
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by the privacy regulations in force.

2. OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By selecting the corresponding check boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or submitted on downloaded forms, Users expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary in order for the provider to tend to their request. Inclusion of data in all other fields is voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the MANAGER are true and agrees to report any changes to the same.
The MANAGER informs and expressly guarantees that the user’s personal data will not be transferred in any case to third parties and that any time personal data are transferred in any way, the user’s express, informed and unequivocal consent will be obtained in advance. All data requested via the website are required, as they are necessary to provide an optimum service to the User. In the event that not all data are provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely suited to your needs.
